How much do you charge for shipping?
Gift Boxes: Ground shipping (2-5 days) within the Continental United States is FREE! Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is a flat $5.
Curated Gift Items: Ground shipping (2-5 days) is free for all orders over $35. Otherwise, it is a flat $5.
Do you ship internationally?
At the present time, we are unable to ship outside of the United States. We are working on it!
I need my gift to arrive quickly. Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! All orders can be expedited to 2-day shipping for the following rates:
Continental USA: $10
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: $15
Are there any exceptions?
Due to shipping restrictions, all gifts with safety matches must be sent with standard ground shipping.
Do you provide local delivery services?
We do! For shipping addresses within 20 miles of Toluca Lake (91602), we provide FREE local delivery. Just choose that delivery method during checkout.
How long will it take before my package is shipped?
Orders placed before 8:00pm PST Monday - Saturday will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 8:00pm PST or on Sundays will be shipped on the second business day.
For local delivery, orders placed before 8:00 PST will be delivered the next business day. If you'd like to choose a specific delivery date, email us at email@example.com or use our contact form.
How long will it take before my package arrives?
It depends on where it's going! All of our boxes ship from Toluca Lake, CA. Ground shipping can take anywhere from 1-5 days. A general estimate can be found on this map:
What happens if my box doesn't ship the next business day?
We take our shipping guarantee very seriously. If you ordered within our daily deadline and your gift is not shipped on time, we will refund you 20% of your order. If you paid for expedited shipping, we will refund that as well (while still providing the requested 2-day shipping).
About Our Gift Boxes
Do you include a gift note?
Each gift includes a card for you to send a personalized note to the recipient. Add your message on the product page before adding it to your cart. If you need to change or add the note after you check out, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and what you'd like your note to say.
How are the gift boxes packaged?
All of our gift boxes are packaged in a collapsible magnetic-closure box with crinkle fill, tissue paper, and a sticker to seal it. The box is topped off with a satin bow and your personalized note card.
How big are the gift boxes?
Our standard boxes are 10 in. x 10 in. x 4.5 in., and our mini boxes are 6 in. x 6 in. x 2.75 in.
Do you include a receipt in the box?
As all of our products are gifts, we do not include receipts in our shipments. You will receive an emailed receipt when you place your order.
We will include a packing slip, if the shipping and billing address are the same and no gift message is included on the order.
Do you take returns?
At this time we are unable to take returns.
My gift arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send us a photo of the broken item to email@example.com and we will send a replacement!
I want to order more than 6 of the same box. Can you do that?
If you want to make a large order, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Typically we need 2 weeks to fulfill bulk orders.
